Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BundlMix (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

BundlMix is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create and manage product bundles with dynamic pricing and AI-powered suggestions. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must have a valid Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The App may offer subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system and are subject to Shopify's billing terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BundlMix and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with providing the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable uses of BundlMix. By using the App, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy, international communications, and the transmission of technical or personal data.

GDPR Compliance

We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a data processor, we process personal data on behalf of our merchants (the data controllers) in accordance with their instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.

CCPA Compliance

We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion of personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information.

Shopify App Store Requirements

BundlMix complies with all Shopify App Store requirements, including Shopify's Partner Program Agreement, App Store Review Guidelines, and API License and Terms of Use.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

  • Encryption of personal data
  • Regular testing and evaluation of security measures
  • Measures to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems
  • Processes for regularly testing, assessing, and evaluating the effectiveness of security measures
